Paulina Kome, PA-C, is a Washington State local who is compassionate about patient-centered, evidence-based care grounded in human kindness. She earned her degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Pittsburgh and has experience in family medicine, women’s health, pediatrics, internal medicine, emergency medicine, and surgery.
Family medicine interested Paulina because of the continuity and variety it provides. Caring for patients over a life span allows for the opportunity to build long-term relationships, as well as the chance to serve as a consistent, trusted resource for individuals and families. Her approach to patient care includes a focus on trust, transparency, and shared decision-making. She sees her patient as a whole person, making sure to actively listen in order to fully understand their goals, concerns, and values. She is passionate about education and prevention, aiming to work collaboratively with patients to develop personalized, achievable care plans within a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.
Outside of work, you can find Paulina outdoors, exploring the local trails with her husband and kids. She also enjoys cooking, reading, and engaging in creative activities.
