These quick, 15-minute screenings are designed to fit into your busy schedule, so you can get the care you need without the extra travel.

Appointments for the Mammogram Van fill up quickly. We encourage you to schedule as soon as possible to secure your preferred time.

Did you Know?

  • The appointment only takes 15 minutes.
  • You do not need a referral for an annual screening mammogram.

Eligibility

  • You are eligible to get a mammogram if you have breasts and:
    • Are age 40 and over
    • Have not had a mammogram in the past year
    • Do not have any symptoms in your breasts
  • To use the mammogram van, you must be able to use stairs and stand for 10 minutes without assistance.

Please Bring to your Appointment:

  • Your medical insurance card. Most insurance plans provide for an annual mammogram but please contact your medical insurance provider before your appointment to confirm your eligibility.
  • Funding is available to provide exams for women without insurance. Please inquire about a “Sponsored Mammogram” when scheduling your appointment
  • A picture ID
  • The name, phone number and address of your primary care provider.

Do you need an interpreter?

For Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Russian and Korean, call 1.855.670.9798. For all other languages, call 206.606.7800. Say the name of your language. Wait until an interpreter joins your call.
