  1. If you have REFILLS REMAINING and are seeking a medication refill, please contact your pharmacy directly for the quickest results.
  2. If you are OUT OF REFILLS and are seeking a renewal prescription for an existing medication, please log into mySFM or contact us at 253-848-5951.
  3. If you are seeking a prescription for an UNTREATED ISSUE, you will need to be seen by a Sound Family Medicine provider and can schedule an appointment online or by calling 253-848-5951.
