Located in South Hill, the Senior Clinic is a new model of care dedicated to eligible seniors, offering 30-minute appointment times, a dedicated care team overseeing your health, concierge-style services, and more.
The Senior Clinic is a new kind of concierge healthcare for eligible seniors. This care model allows our providers the freedom to offer the right level of attention through longer 30-minute appointment times to address multiple conditions such as Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, COPD, and more.
With the concierge-style care model, our seniors have a dedicated care team who fully assess their complex needs. The Senior Clinic offers state-of-the-art exam rooms with modern equipment, an onsite lab, and more.
