Ms. TT Hahn’s healthcare approach is to partner with her patients to determine how to solve a problem. She feels patients need, and deserve, to understand her methods and recommendations for them. She asks for their trust in her decision making and helps them to understand why she recommends a treatment, so that they can then work together to solve an issue or manage a chronic disease. As a provider, she is all about the “feel goods” although you will find she is very direct.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration at Oregon State University. Born and raised in Oregon and having several aunts and uncles who graduated from OSU, it was very natural for her to go there. After nearly a decade of working in business and sales, she landed a satisfying career in pharmaceuticals and discovered the world of medicine. Spending time with physicians made her realize what a rewarding job working in primary healthcare was. She quit her sales job and returned to college to become a nurse practitioner.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Rochester in New York. She then worked as a post-surgical nurse at St. Peter’s Hospital for 5 years while earning her Nurse Practitioner degree at Western University of Health Science.
She lives in Puyallup with her husband and their son, and you’ll often find them at the fairgrounds for every spring and summer fair, the farmer’s market and other community events. As a family, they enjoy the outdoors – hiking, camping and snowboarding. She does CrossFit, knit and loves to read books whenever she can.
