Mr. Spencer Fodczuk knows that people want and deserve quality medical care that is precise, efficient and full of heart. He carefully listens to his patients’ stories and treats them as individuals. In addition to general family medicine, he is well-versed in musculoskeletal evaluation, diagnosis and treatment, including neck, back, shoulder, elbow, knee, and foot and ankle concerns. He is also able to perform a wide variety of joint injections and basic osteopathic manipulation.

He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where he received a Master of Physician Assistant Studies. After 21 years of active duty, he has officially retired from the United States Army. In 1994, he was selected as the North Atlantic Regional Solider of the Year which encompasses 13 states. During his service, he was deployed to Iraq three times and received the Bronze Star for his work in the area of Mobile Medical Operations.

He has been blessed with five beautiful children and a lovely wife, Michelle. His hobbies include road cycling, fishing, camping, traveling and golfing. Working out is also important to him. He is a seasonal body-builder and won an international contest in 2011. If you are seeking advice in making healthy lifestyle changes, He’s your guy!
