The reason Dr. Nancy Grubb went into family practice was so that she could care for people from a holistic point of view, in the context of their whole family. She also believes that collaboration is key. She joined Sound Family Medicine in 1996 after graduating from the University of Texas Medical Branch and completing her residency at Tacoma Family Medicine.

She and her husband are both involved in Young Life, a Christian outreach ministry for teens. She also enjoys hiking, cycling, gardening and spending time with their two daughters.
