Biography

While growing up in the Wenatchee area of Washington State, Kayla Green, PA-C, developed a strong appreciation for community, hard work, and caring for her community. She spent much of her time on her family’s farm near Davenport, Washington, where she learned the value of dedication, resilience, and building meaningful connections with the people around her.

Kayla earned a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Leadership with pre-medicine coursework from the University of Washington in Tacoma, before completing the University of Washington MEDEX Physician Assistant Program in partnership with MultiCare Health System.

Before becoming a physician assistant, Kayla began as a certified nursing assistant in assisted living. She later worked in radiology, followed by shifts in the emergency department, where she gained valuable experience caring for patients and families during some of life’s most challenging moments. These experiences shaped her commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Kayla believes healthcare is about more than treating illness—it’s about helping people live the lives they want to live. Whether that means keeping up with family, hiking a favorite trail, traveling, or simply feeling their best each day, she intends to partner with patients to develop personalized care plans in support of their health goals. By listening, building trust, and understanding each patient’s unique story, Kayla strives to help patients stay healthy, active, and able to enjoy what matters most.

As a provider at Sound Family Medicine, Kayla enjoys caring for patients when they need help most while focusing on the person as a whole. She values the opportunity to listen, address concerns, and provide compassionate, personalized care that helps patients stay healthy and continue doing the things that most matter to them.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, trying new foods, baking, discovering music from a variety of genres, and seeking out new experiences. She values curiosity, connection, and making the most of every experience life has to offer.

A quote that reflects Kayla’s approach to healthcare and teamwork is:

The voice of my patients

Kayla Reinbold, PA-C

“Great teams don’t focus on who gets the credit; they focus on the difference they can make together.”
