Brianna HeiSmith, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in critical care and a passion for inclusive, patient-centered medicine. Originally from Charlotte, NC, they hold degrees in Chemistry, Public Health, Nursing, and Nursing Informatics, and completed their FNP training at Gonzaga University. Their clinical experience includes Medical and Cardiac ICU, organ donation, PICC procedures, and the Cardiac Cath Lab. Since moving to Washington in 2019, Brianna has focused on full-spectrum family medicine, with a special interest in LGBTQIA+ care, hormone therapy, and preventive health.
Brianna values shared decision-making and builds collaborative relationships with patients based on trust, open communication, and individualized care. Outside of work, they enjoy hiking, reading, trying new vegan food, and traveling with their partner and two dogs.
