March is National Nutrition Month

Nutrition is a key component of healthy living. No matter who your provider is, all doctors and health practitioners preach the benefits of eating right as part of a balanced lifestyle. The benefits of good nutrition are undenyable. It’s not just about looking better, it’s about feeling better, too.

The basics of good nutriton are those you have heard time and time again. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables everyday, and limit your intake of sweets, fats, and salts. But that is just brushing the surface. Healthy food can actually be fun!
