offer these time-saving, convenient solutions to you as well as keep you
informed of new services as they become available.
Currently we are able to send you test results using a HIPAA
compliant secure message system. In order to use this
function we will need to have an active e-mail address,
and when you have a message from Sound Family Medicine
we will send you an email with a link to our
secure site. From this site after you establish a user name and password, you can make appointments on-line, request prescription refills, request referrals, and look at messages such as test results.
