Prescription Refills
The fastest way to refill your prescriptions, is log on to mySFM, our new patient portal for online services. This HIPAA compliant and secure site allows you to request prescription refills as well as view test results and make appointments. This portal is found on our home page. Pick up your prescriptions 2 days after your request from your pharmacy.
If you are calling to refill a routine prescription, we ask that you contact your pharmacy directly and they will handle the necessary paperwork associated with your refill.
We are happy to announce a "Prescription Renewal Line" for you and your pharmacist's convenience.
Patients call 253-286-4174 to renew existing prescriptions.
Pharmacists fax 253-286-4183 for approvals to renew existing prescriptions.
Allow at least two business days for processing. We refill prescriptions for controlled substances only during office hours, Monday through Friday.
